What Causes Swelling In Knee, lymph Nodes Of Neck In My Son?

My 4 year old son started off with a swollen knee two weeks ago. This week, he has swollen lymph nodes on the side of his neck, and a full body rash. He has lost his appetite over the past month and has a distended abdomen. He also seems to not be able to gain any weight? Any idea what this may relate to?
