What Causes Swelling In Leg After A Kidney Failure In Child?

Hi i have a 10 year old daughter she is under great ormonds as one kidney failed and one remaining shes on meds for high blood pres but last couple of weeks been saying her left leg hurts and today on going some swelling to leg and hurts to walk on any idea?

Hi... I've been going through the history you have provided regarding your daughter's renal status I feel that she might be having increased urea levels in the blood. I suggest that you get herself evaluated buy a paediatRic nephrologist or get a renal function testing done.
