What Causes Swelling In Testicle And Scrotum Post Vasectomy?
HI, I had a vasectomy 12 days ago and had a bad hematoma as a result. My scrotum swelled to the size of a grapefruit. The bruising was incredible, but is almost gone already, but I am still very swollen. Left testicle is back to normal, the right one is still swollen. Scrotum is down to the size of an orange, because of dried up blood I m guessing, it feeling quite hard. Two questions....one, when is it safe to ejaculate and what I am looking at for time to heal completely. Also, is masturbating going to speed up or slow down recovery
