What Causes Swelling In Testicle With Burning Sensation And Blood After Urination?

I as peeing notised it looked as if it had rust in it, when finished a lot of ed blood game out when finished there was quite a funny burning feeling. I had to emg. room they said a major bladder infection . I came home and noticed my right testicle was swollen with some pain went to bed. Next morning my testicle {Right one} was nearly 4 times as big as the left one and hard as a rock. what is going on?

Hi.
The appearance of something like a rust in the urine and burning sensation as told to you in ER is due to urinary tract infection.
Retrograde infection to the testis on the right side cause severe orchitis hence enlarging it 4 times and due to swelling it is appearing as hard rock like.
You need a very intensive antibiotic therapy, ant-inflammatory medicines, admission in the hospital, to monitor blood urea and creatinine and other kidney functions.
Urine and blood both be send for routine tests and both be send for culture and sensitivity.
Ultrasonography f the abdomen and the scrotum with color doppler mode helps in correct diagnosis and helps in treatment plan.
It is possible that you may have urinary stones and will require surgery later.
