General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The two possibilities are gout and arthritis. Check your serum uric acid to rule out gout. If uric acid comes as normal, it is better to take an MRI scan to look for any contusion or thin hair line fracture, which may got undetected. As of now, you can take analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like Acetaminophen/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief. Consult an orthopedician for further evaluation.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks.
