What Causes Swelling In The Vaginal Opening?

I am going threw the change of life.I am 54.the middle of my lady part is kinda puffy and almost like a round ball the whole area. it does not hurt or smell.I just feel it like that once in awhile.Is that area changing.? Its not like that all the time.But the whole opening is round and puffy sometimes.And I can use my finger to pch it back in.Hope you understand this? Thanks..

The common causes are:
prolapse uterus, hernia, vaginal mass where you won't have signs of infection or any discharge.

Ultrasound abdomen can help you diagnose.
