What Causes Swelling In Vagina And A Lump Inside It?

Hi my vagina left Wall is swollen and i can feel a lump inside, however its there from past 6 months but i dont feel any pain...but recently i pressed it so some puss came out and now i am feeling burning sensation & some times i am feeling mild pain...please suggest

THis could be a Bartholin's cyst.
This is fairly common and not dangerous.
It requires drainage as you mentioned pus.
Please see a gynecologist to confirm this diagnosis and have treatment.
