What Causes Swelling, Lump And Pain In Hand After Hitting?
yesterday, me and my friend were playing around. i hit him with the side of my hand. it was a direct hit to his shoulder bone pretty hard. my hand immediately started swelling and i m limited to what i can do with it without it hurting and it has a huge lump on it. what are the possibilites of whats wrong with it?

It seems like soft tissue injury. Apply ice pack, rest, elevate and use ibuprofen. If you don't feel better after some days, take an X-ray.
