What Causes Swelling Near To Anus?

Dear Dr,
Hi I am 24 years old and my heat is 1.70m. I have swelling just near my anus. about 2 years before i was seating on the stone which was hot by sun starting from that day i am felling the pain now there is a small swelling around my anus which is painful occasionally so i need your advise please. Thank you very much!
