What Causes Swelling Of Arm After Testosterone Injection?

I did a testosterone injection in right delt. Day 1-3 following injection everything was fine. Day 4 till now day 6 my right arm is red, warm and slightly swollen about 4" below injection site. No fever at all and I feel fine. Should i be concerned at this point?

Hello
These are the side effects of testosterone intramuscular injection at the site of injection:Urticaria, Inflammation at injection site , postinjection induration, furunculosis .
These are common side effects on IM injection.
When such patient visit I advise :
Ice massage
Heparin ointment for local application.
If pain is severe may need serratiopeptidase 20 twice in day along aceclofenac 200 mg C R twice in day for 2-3 days . Rest to deltoid muscle of arm.
