What Causes Swelling Of Feet With Bruise?

My inner thighs feel bruised, I gained about twelve pounds unexpectedly and my feet felt swollen. Also, the back of my legs below my knees and above my ankles may have felt bigger but I m not sure. I did wake up last week with a swollen left facial cheek. What could I have?

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. you have swelling all over body and weight gain.You may be having thyroid problem(hypothyroidism). So get your T3,T4,TSH(blood test) checked to rule out hypothyroidism.. other causes can be kidney and heart related problem.
