What Causes Swelling Of The Vagina?

um last night i woke up to release my self and i noticed that my labia and i guess my vagina is swollen i think it is a yeast infection or can it be vagintitis ? all i know is that i have white discharge and it has a funky smell when i pee. when i noticed it i put nystatin and triamcinolone acetonide usp and it seems like its working but kinda not im still having a problem with itching reall bad and irritation.... is there anything else i can try to make the infection go away quicker. i cant stand this pain anymore...
