What Causes Swelling Of Upper Forearm With No Pain?

I have slight swelling of the upper forearms with no pain. I also feel that my right thigh, at the knee joint is also slightly swollen. I have been having a tingling/painful feeling under my left foot ,around the big toe area for quite some time. Tests for athriris have come back negative.
