What Causes Swelling On Left Side Of Waist?

Hi I have a swelling my left side of my waist. I almost always feel like I need a poo but don t struggle going when I actually do need one. It is not painful just uncomfortable. I can feel the swelling if I run my fingers over my waist. Any suggestions?

This can be a kidney problem.Either an infection or stone. I would suggest you to get ultrasound examination of the kidney to make final diagnosis. If there is any swelling of the kidney then you can do the needful. At present I would recommend you to take plenty of water, juice, avoid taking pain killers.
