What Causes Swelling On The Left Side Of The Neck?

helo doc, i dnt kno wats the problem,small swell on my left side of neck.i had a chekup for thyroid but there was nothing.pls may i know what would be the problem.there is no pain at all,its soft and its being increasing little bit from 4-5 months.pls doc help me out.

Consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound neck to make a diagnosis. It could be a hematoma or lymph node swelling.
