What Causes Swelling On The Right Side Of The Face?

hi every since I was a child I would get severe dizzie spells when just walking around the house likemy brain or head was swelling my heart would also slow down very slow and skip beats. Now I m an adult my face will swell on the right side above my eye brower I suffer with edema arms stomach legs feet gaining upto five pounds in a day sometimes I have migraine headaches at the drop of a hat if every other day joint pain neck to my feet weakness in hands and legs and nerve pain down my left hip to my bottom leg I feel like my body is firing off so many things and I don t know where to start
