What Causes Swelling On Top Of Right Cheek Bone Usually In Mornings?

hi my name is beto and ive had a problem with my cheek area . Usually in the morning only my right part on top of the cheek bone looks like it's bruised and or swollen and looks like I got punched there but I never did. It really annoys me and I don't know what's causing this it doesn't really hurt but it feels like it's irritated and I haven't been sleeping well

what probably happens is that
you constantly sleep on one side
so the area is compressed
and hence sometimes
when you get up you feel
that the part is red or swollen

there are causes of facial swelling
like congestive heart failure
or chronic renal failure
but these cause swelling on both sides
not just one side

still have a cbc, kft and ecg and echo tested
(dont know your age
or prior conditions from this query)
