What Causes Swelling Under Breast Bone And Tightness In Stomach?

i have upper stomach swelling under the breast bone, right side upper stomach gets tight, belching happens, sometimes like im going to vomite, breathing is hard, cant sit up straight and sometime have to unbotton my pants to help with the pain, there are days nothing and times in afew hours i feel it comming back.

As you mentioned you have problem of abdominal tightness at right side that may be because of liver problem or other reasons.
Ultrasonograph is helpful for further diagnosis.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
