What Causes Swelling Under Penis Tip And Glans Of A 42 Day Old Baby?

hi, we have new baby boy 42 days old , 5.75kg and normal height and everything is normal. He was circumcised at age of 10 days. We noticed that there is a small swollen under the penis tip, glans but not attached to it. I am worried about this, could u please advise what is this

Is that a skin that is sutured after the circumcision? In that case its normal. But its very hard to tell what it could be without having a look at it.
