Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 44 years old, I work alot, problem is my ankles swell during the day, and go down during the night, why? I do not smole or drink. Could it be the cup of soup I eat for lunch because of the salt in them? I am thinking what I need to do is get back to exercise and get rid of the cup of soup. Would that help?

A thorough and detailed evaluation along with a few investigations are needed to establish the correct diagnosis.
