What Causes Swollen Bumps On The Back Of The Tongue?

My throat feels somewhat restricted, and I have some swollen bumps on the back of my tongue. It gets worse while I'm at work, as I'm required to talk to customers for extended periods of time. It has been this way for the past couple of months. Any idea what this is?

Hello thanx fr quiery.it could be papillitis since lumps r back of tongue.it could also be due to tonsillitis.u mau need multivitamins and complete blood tests have t be dine.do vonsult a oral physician r ent specialist at the earliest.do salt wster gargle thrice daily.apply tpcal anesthetics and antiseptics.hp ot helps.tc
