What Causes Swollen Dark Area Under The Eyes?

My 4.5 year old daughter has this under eye swelling and also you can clearly see the dark area, we have done all the blood tests and apparently doctors said nothing, but we haven't done the alergy test yet. This being going on for since when she was 2.5.

Welcome to HCM,
I would like to know how significant is the swelling? If its the darkness thats a problem, then is that normal skin color of your child in that region? If she is evaluated and found no problem, then its better you consult a dermatologist to see if the color is normal.
