Hello,
Is it painful, red and swollen? If only itchy, then could be a fungal infection and if with fever and pain, then bacterial infection.
Apply Fucidin cream if it is bacterial 3 to 4 times a day and start oral antibiotic if fungal apply Neomycin cream for 3 to 5 days.
