What Causes Swollen Gums With Bleeding And Sores Inside The Mouth In A Toddler?

My toddler has extremely swollen upper gums coming almost over front teeth, some bleeding and oozing, ulcer like sores over lips and tongue, bad breath, temperature, and total refusal to let me brush his teeth. This is a scam and you should be ashamed. Either you are able to provide advice for free, or you need to provide a disclaimer on the FRONT of any website that there is a cost involved. You are just trying to get email addresses so that you can send rubbish through. I will remove myself from any email list and I insist that you remove me now.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The swollen gums associated ulcers and bleeding can be because of the gum infection secondary to herpes virus infection(herpetic gingivostomatitis). Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while, you can take topical anesthetic and analgesic like lignocaine and choline salicylate. Do saline gargling.
