Dear Sir/Madam
I have gone through your query and read your symptoms.
In my opinion, patients with diabetes, have poor heeling in injury. you need to figure out the discharge also, take care to keep it clean, prevent it from getting infected, and consult your GP.
I hope that answers your query. If your want any more clarification, contact me back.
