Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have TMJ artritis and take Advil for inflammation. Recently I noticed my lips are white and my sinus is really sore and puffy. Also bloody nose upon waking. Any ideas?

inflamed sinus may cause you to breath through your mouth. Your tissue easily becomes dried out and covered with saliva. You sound dehydrated. Saline spray for your nose and saline rinse for your mouth while drinking plenty of water recommended.
Chech your blood pressure. Determine if sinus medication gives relief or need for prescription antibiotic. Side effects of medication can cause dry mouth and gastric upset. Saliva composition will be altered. Investigate further and treat sinus.
