General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

All your symptoms are compatible with the hypothyroidism (low functioning of the thyroid gland).

I suggest that you repeat your thyroid tests and have an ultrasound for your neck.

For your diabetes, you should have a healthy lifestyle like practising sport, walk, and low sugar meals if that not helping I recommend to visit your doctor to have a new evaluation of your treatment strategy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Noor Farid,
