What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes In Throat, Fatigue And Sore Upper Neck?

Symptoms include sore, slightly swollen lymph nodes in throat, tongue fungus, fatigued every day though not due to sleep deprivation, and very sore upper neck causing migraines very often(almost once daily). I am male, 18 years of age,have smoked cigarettes for 7 years. What are possible diagnoses?

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the swollen lymph nodes in throat, fatigue and sore upper neck indicates possibility of

@ acute bacterial ( strep pneumoniae or else )
@ acute viral ( Ebstein bar or others ), infection of upper or lower respiratory tract

* Following measures to help better recovery

- drink more liquids including hot tea or coffee
- avoid cold drinks, beverages
- prefer soft, easily chewable food stuffs
- gargles with satled lukewarm water added peppermint oil
- avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming
- prescription of antibiotics as penicillin or cephalosporin anti histamine, decongestant from your doc for faster recovery.
