What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes Under The Chin Along With Dizziness?

Dear Dr. I ve got horrible symptoms like swelling lymph nodes under my chin, severe dizziness and vimiting feeling, hypotension while standing. I ve reffered to some specialist and they were not able to find what is wrong with me. I guess I have probably developed otitis. Plz help me with a solution. Can I take azithromycin or some other antibiotics? Thanks alot

Noted your history of swollen lymph nodes under chin, dizziness, vomiting feeling, hypotension on standing up, Specialists were not in a position to diagnose guessing of otitis and wants to know whether can take Azithromycin or some other antibiotic...
Your history is suggestive of wither a viral or bacterial infection as both will similar symptoms in the initial period.
It is the blood tests that may show typical changes as per the problems you have.
Since there is swelling of lymph nodes, antibiotics like Azithromycin would be worth trying, but should be done under Doctor's guidance and prescription.
Also take multivitamins as there is severe weakness.
Take bed rest as you have postural hypotension.
Further clinical evaluation and lab tests will help for identifying the disease and plan the management.
