Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam
I have gone through your query and read your symptoms.
In my opinion, you are having all of these symptoms due to incompetent veins of your lower limb, they get filled with blood and swell, leasing to swelling of the limb also, these are varicose veins.
Consult a general surgeon to help you out of this
I hope that answers your query. If you want any more clarification, contact me back.
I find this answer helpful

Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
