What Causes Swollen Stomach And Feeling Like Something Is Crawling In Mouth?

I beleive i have a tapeworm I went to the hospital two days ago because i woke up out of my sleep and my stomach was moving around and something crawling in my throat. The doctor took ex rays and gave me a shot in my butt and four pills. he wrote me a perscription for metronidazole and i was unable to get until a few hours ago and now the same symptoms are back my stomach is swollen and there is something in my throat. it feels like it could be much larger than the doctor thought and when i came home from the hospital little white things all over my face appeared and are still apearing and hurt bumps periodically how can i function with something in my throat feeling like its crawling into my mouth and coming out of my pores and not be afraid of it. what do i do
