What Causes Symptoms Like Sticky And Tingling Feeling In The Legs And Arms?

Hi...I am 26 female...I have been having this feeling of that you get after wearing tour helmet for quite sometime..its not really numb..just a weird sticky feeling..always getting tingling on my legs and arms especially when I wake up and then feeling numb for some time.should I be worried?its more to the left side.
