What Causes Teeth Grinding In A Child?

my baby boy is 13 months old, birth wt is 3.6 kg. after 6 months of age his wt is not so good. presently 2 kg less than expected wt. his haemoglobin is 12.5 gm%. At night he grinding his teeth. so i heard that child is doing teeth grinding, may be due to warm infestatio. Please wt to do sir?

Teeth grinding or bruxism is some psychological manifestation normal to many children, which will pass of in time.
Some may develop bruxism during worm infestation.
A dose of worm syrup like albendazol is worth trying.
