hi, iam 33years old, female , having 2 kids, i suffering from trnderness and nodules in my left breast, these manifestation is related to the time of menses. idid FNA cyology ,9years ago, show begnin ductal cells. but iam distreesed from time to time from cancer developing.what should i do?

this pain during periods is called cyclical mastalgia. it can easily be treated by medicines. for that you should take consultation with a breast specialist.
regarding your worry about cancer, you should have a yearly checkup by an oncosurgeon or a breast specialist along with a USG of breast.
