What Causes Testicle Pain For Years?
hi i m 35 yr old man. i have a right testicle pain for the last 15 yrs. i have seen many urologist and done all the test but does not seem to work. pain is there all the time. doctors treated me with antibiotics and pain killer. but the pain comes back if i have sex or the masturbation . plz help

If there is pain in testis for 15 years , the diagnosis is very clear.
This may be due to the pinched / entrapped nerve supplying the area.
Proper exploration and repositioning of the nerve or excision will cure your problem
