Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As this pain, I feel related to the nerve impingement anywhere in its course. Getting it examined under a neuro physiotherapist should help. Using therapeutic ultrasound therapy, TENS therapy and guided exercise for the neck, shoulder and arm muscles should provide ease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
