What Causes The Breast Cyst To Reappear After Surgery?

Hi,doctors iam 21y.o 4feet and 11 inches in height and weighs 42kg,last year i found out that there is a cyst on my left breast according to ultrasount it was a fibroadenoma vs lipoma,my doctor adviced me to have a breast mass after the surgery the biopsy result ed as fibroadenoma in a background of fibrocystic changes... Then after the surgery the cyst gone but after a months 4 months to be exact,the cyst recurrent and my doctor cannot explain to well why.he wanted me to have an operation again but my question how sure i am it is not possible to come back again..so doctor can you help me to understand well my situation

1.The cyst post operative case is expected. It seen in few cases. They are called post operative complications.
2.You have nothing to worry, in this case generally its aspiration is done.
3.After the procedure its necessary to get followup scan (ultrasound).
4.Since in few cases recurrence is seen.
5.Suggest you to take proper post operative care ( with antibiotic treatment, dressing, local hygiene and things like that.
