What Causes The Child To Urinate In The Pants?
My son is 10 years old now, every since he was 4 he has pooped in his pants. It is a really bad smelling odor and it is tarry. I have asked the pediatrician at every checkup and she pushes the issue to the side and won t address it. He is going into the 4th grade and I can t let it go on. What should I do?

This needs to be evaluated for causes like chronic constipation, dysfunctional voiding or overactive bladder. Usually this responds to drugs like Oxybutynine after ruling out anatomical causes. Kindly discuss with your doctor.
