What Causes The Chronic Sensation Of Stomach Being Full?

My husband feels full all the time and can't eat. He had two procedures so that he could swallow and food would go down 1 yr ago. That helped and he no longer had swallowing problems. For the last three weeks he can't hardly eat anything without feeling real full. He can drink water, pop etc. but no food

It is in relation with narrowing of the esophagus, gastroesophageal (GE) junction, stomach capacity-related issues, or else. Needs diagnostic upper GI endoscopy for further precise management guidelines.
