What Causes The Extreme Pain In Back?

having a pain in my back around to my front side, seems like i can not belch, just came out of hospital, cant find anything serious, said it could be kidney stone...just know it hurts worse when i try to belch...have a bad pancreas but all enzymes are good, serious pain going on..AN GAS CAUSE THIS TYPE OF PAIN!!!

Yes it could be severe gastritis and dyspepsia. Front pain radiating to back pancreatitis is a posibility but as your enzymes are normal it is no longer a possibility. It could be renal stone as well, which can be confirmed on X- ray KUB. First try out antacids like pantaprozole and prokinetic like domperidone combination twice daily for 5 days. If not getting better go to pain physician or gastroenerologist for proper history and examintaion to review the diagnosis.
