What Causes The Feeling Of Blood Flow During The Movement Of Head And Hands?

my dad is 77 years old. he told me that he can feel the blood moving up and down his arms when he flexes his elbow or raises his hand above his head should he go to the doctor's He was at the Dr.'s 3 days ago, and had his vitals done. all was normal

Reading carefully the history of your father,I should say no need to visit any doctor.looseni g of skin,normal change in vasomotor stabilty sometimes gives this kind of feeling.A psychological support and assurance that nothing is serious are what your father needs.
