What Causes The Feeling Of Disorientation, Dizziness And Forehead Pain?
I had a weird experience today that has left me still feeling kinda fuzzy headed. I walked a few steps, got very dizzy, had pain above my eyes and on my head. When I sat down, my sight was as if I was under water with constant waves and everything was kind of overlapped. This lasted for about a half hour and then my vision returned. About six months ago, the same things happened. I fight vertigo daily but this is very different and scarey. Any ideas?
I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to low blood pressure values or orthostatic hypotension.
For this reason, I would recommend performing a Head Up Tilt test and some other blood lab tests (complete blood count for anemia, blood electrolytes for possible imbalances, etc..).
If these episodes repeat, I recommend performing a brain MRI.
Hope to have been helpful!

Dr. Iliri
