What Causes The Feeling Of Something About To Come Out From Anus?

I keep getting this feeling in my anus and I don't know what it is! The feeling is like something needs to come out, but it doesn't!
I go to the toilet fine, but then when I get this feeling I think I need to go again but nothing comes out. What could this be?
