What Causes The Frequent Urge To Urinate?

hello it just started about an hr ago but I ve been having to pee/ urge to pee and I feel like something is sitting on my bladder or its the feeling of when u wait to long to pee and u feel like u are going to have an accident, also when I wipe it is a very light red. what do u think it is and what should I do? I cannot sleep because I have the urge to pee.
