What Causes The Lower Back Pain With Odd Stools?

I have been having a fair amount of lower back pain along with odd stools. By that I mean, my stools look like intestines themselves and are light in color. They are very soft as well. The problem is that my back has been hurting and the stools have been problematic for about three weeks. I have never injured my back. I did have a laparoscopis surgery in July for endometriosis. I have also had gastric bypass surgery nearly ten years ago. Do you think I have anything to worry about? Age 41 weight 190 height 5"4"
