I was notified by my PCP that I had a immature Neutrophils count of 0.02 with the normal in my institution of 0.00 She wants me to get a Hematology consult but I work in a hospital and my collegues think it is nothing to worry about What do you think

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
If your total wbc count is normal then no need to worry about immature neutrophil. If your wbc count is high then there is chance of some infection. Please send me your complete blood count reports so that I can tell you exactly about cause. No need to worry. Just be relaxed.
