What Causes The Presence Of White Particle In Urine?

Hi..I am 33 years old, female, I am 5 feet tall, and I used to have monthly consultations with doctors due to UTI. I stopped consulting medical advise because I was afraid taking antibiotics for 7 days on a monthly basis might affect my kidney. I already gave birth once and the pregnancy and labor have lowered my urine bladder. Today, I've observed that my urine has some white tiny particles. Are those pus cells that grouped together? I am taking lots of water already. my urine is clear because of the water intake and I am cleaning myself properly but there is still the presence of those white particles. What could those be? I am worried. Thanks.
