What Causes The Pulsating Vein On The Left Side Of My Nose?

Pulsating vein on left side of my nose, it gets irritating sometimes on normal occasions or when stressed, because i can feel pulse going through my left side of my nose, and because sometimes the pulse gets faster and faster and becomes noticeable (by me) that there is something wrong. My nose bleeds on normal ocassions when i am sneezing or have a running nose, due to illness or from a cold weather. like when i clean my nose with kleanax bloods comes with the mucus, also a vein on my right side of my nose bursted and bleeded a good amount of blood, it had happened like three times so far. im concerned because when the pulse gets faster and faster as well as more pressured the vein i become irritated as in when im about to sneeze and it makes my left eye sensitive and nose too when that happens.
