What Causes The Sensation Of Acid Coming From Stomach To Mouth?

I feel like a acid going from my stomach all the way up to my mouth, shaky and a really bad stomache and when I stand up I feel like some thing is pulling my stomach, a day ago I had swolled a piece of pork bone. I dont know if that has anything to do with it
