What Causes The Small Red Rash On The Feet Of A 9-year-old?

My nine year old daughter had a fever for 2 days which was relieved with childrens Advil but now she has a small red rash only on her feet. Nowhere else on her body. She is als complaining of pain in her toes on the right foot. Could it be an allergic reaction from playing in the backyard on the grass.

Hello,

The symptoms of the child seem to be related to a contact dermatitis.

I suggest using Calamine lotion for local application.

Cold compresses can also help in relieving the rash.
